“I founded Telco Bill Cutters because Australia doesn’t need another phone salesman!”

Our initial objective was simple – “Do what the providers can’t, provide real customer service and save our clients real money.”

 

 

So….. who are we?

We are telecommunication experts that understand the inner workings of this complicated and often untrustworthy industry. With years of experience across a range of providers and specialising in different areas like: support, sales, solution design, technical support, installations, executive roles, management roles… we have done everything and seen what goes on behind the curtains.

“Why is it that customers always seem to be paid special attention when they are looking to buy something but when they need help – help is hard to come by?”

“Why do proposals always promise savings that never eventuate?”

“Why are bills so incredibly hard to understand?”

These are some of the questions we used to ask ourselves everyday when we worked for the industry. Now we answer those questions and work for the customer.

So who am I?

I am the guy that you need to finally win with these providers.

 

How We Started?

We started this movement slowly, designing and perfecting the business model so that we could gain the maximum trust from my clients and getting the best results possible.

By designing the company to be completely performance based, profit sharing, with aligned interests with our clients we created a company that was completely unique to the industry. Rejecting sales for ‘customer service’ – a dirty word in this industry.

This company was founded on the belief that this industry simply can be done better and that the customers deserve that. We are the solution to the problem everybody talks about, yet nobody does anything about. We give the power back to the consumer to get the maximum value from the communication costs, with minimal costs and using the least resources possible.

EVERYONE KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH HOW THE PROVIDERS TREATED AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS.         NO ONE KNEW HOW TO CHANGE IT.
